18/06/2010 - Club horses well and we are hoping for some racing in the next few weeks!

Both Premier Lady (spelling) and Premier Diva (in work) are well and we are hopeful that Diva will be back at the racetrack for the Club in the next few weeks. Read on . . .

Premier Diva, trained by Kevin Gray in Palmerston North, has been working well in the two months since she last raced for the Club. Kevin is very happy with her development and is now looking to place her in a race in the next few weeks. The only concern her has is the current state of the tracks around the central districts and so we have our fingers crossed for a slight easing in the weather to allow some of the tracks to improve from heavy to slow.

Premier Lady has been spelling down in the South Island with the intention of bringing her back for the early 3yo races in the new season.
