About Us
Premier Racing Club has been created to give everyone the opportunity to participate in horse racing in an affordable and entertaining way without the costs and risks associated with traditional ownership.
We believe we can provide an exhilarating ownership experience for a one off low annual membership fee. This will leave you free to enjoy the action and be involved as our stable increases in size.
It is our intention to race as many horses as possible. As our membership grows we will add additional horses to The Club, and aim to have horses racing in every region of New Zealand. Our first horse, Premier Lady (pictured below) has already started racing (and banking prizemoney!) and we are excited that our second horse Premier Diva will be heading to the races very soon - see details of the Club Stable on the right.
Key to the ownership experience will be regular communication with members via our 'members only' website. We will provide updates on upcoming races, training progress and photos and video where available.
Of course, the most exciting part of the experience is when our horses race, and we encourage members to socialise on race days and enjoy the thrill of being connected to a horse that is running on the track. Already we have had some great days out with Premier Lady and we look forward to many more!

WHO IS BEHIND PREMIER RACING CLUB?
Jennifer and Jonathan Alve started and manage Premier Racing Club to give people an opportunity to take part in the 'Ownership Experience' for a low fixed cost.
Based in Wellington, they have owned a number of horses and more recently have been involved in syndicating race horses and managing syndicates they have formed.
Jonathan: "We are both passionate about the sport of horse racing and have been involved in managing syndicates and more recently small syndications of racehorses. While I am a firm believer that nothing comes close to the thrill of owning a racehorse, I also understand that it can be an expensive and risky business."
Jennifer: "With Premier Racing Club we are offering something that we wish was available to us when we first looked at owning a racehorse. There is an opportunity here for novices and experienced owners alike to enjoy following a stable of horses and still know that there is only one affordable fee to pay"
Both Jennifer and Jonathan can regularly be found at Racecourses around New Zealand and look forward to meeting all of our members at some time in the near future.
